We see it every year. A graduate can explain the theory and still not know where to begin when a team hands over real work. Superbloom Academy exists to close that gap.
We run 8 engineering programmes and 8 pharmacy programmes, short workshops on a single skill, and campus training for whole college batches. Students join us on their own or through their college.

We start from what employers ask of a new hire and work backwards. When the tools and standards change, the syllabus changes with them.

Theory is taught for the sake of the task it supports. Every programme moves through the same four stages.

A focused introduction to one domain while you finish your degree.

Covers a domain end to end with assignments and case studies.

The full programme, with projects and hospital or clinical exposure where applicable.
