About the Quality Assurance programme
Quality assurance makes sure a medicine is manufactured the same correct way every time. QA teams own the procedures, review the batch records, investigate what went wrong when something deviates, and make sure it does not happen again.
This course teaches the quality system as a working whole, so you understand what each document is for as well as how to fill it in.
